    • Access to the bespoke ticketing system for reporting and tracking issues in labs / issues with research technology
  • Updates in furniture and equipment (as needed)
    • Installation of extra components to improve the experience in UX labs: cable trays, chargers, moveable flexible magnetic whiteboards, etc.
